Faelight Games Private Limited ("We", "Our", "Us") is committed to protecting your privacy.   • Ad ID: We use advertising networks, that may collect your Ad ID (a unique identifier on your device). This Ad ID can be classified as personal information. We do not sell this Ad ID, however sharing the Ad ID with advertising networks may be considered as a "sale". For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we request your consent before collecting or transmitting this information at the beginning of the Game. Users outside EEA can disable ad personalization in the Game's settings. If you disable ad personalization, then the Ad ID will not be shared with advertising networks and the Game will display non-personalized ads.

  • Google Play Games and Apple Game Center: If you choose to log in through these services, we may use your unique user ID to enable achievements and cloud saves. We do not collect, access or share your personal information, such as your email address or contacts.

b. Non-Personal Information

We may collect non-personal information about your use of the Game, including:

  • Device Information: This may include your device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, approximate location, and mobile network information.

  • Gameplay Data: This includes information about your progress, in-game actions, and interactions with the Game.

c. In-App Purchases

If you make in-app purchases, we may collect information about the transaction, including the purchased items and the payment method used. This information is processed by the app store platform (Google Play or Apple App Store). While we can verify your purchases using your email ID if provided by you, this information is not directly accessible from our app’s financial data.​

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics and Firebase (Remote Config, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging services) to collect Gameplay Data, Device Information and for some app functionality. While Google Analytics transmits the Ad ID, you can prevent it by disabling ad personalization in the Game's settings menu. For EEA users, if you do not consent to collect Ad ID in the beginning of the game, then the Ad ID will not be transmitted by Google Analytics. Our Game may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other websites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Game is not intended for children under the age of 13 or under the age of 16 for EEA users. To ensure compliance with child privacy laws, we ask users for their age at the beginning of the Game. If a user identifies as a child, we do not transmit their Ad ID or collect any personal information. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without proper consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

  • Google Play Games or Apple Game Center data can be deleted by the user through the respective platform’s settings. We do not have the ability to delete this data directly.

If you request the deletion of your data, we will take appropriate measures to delete it in accordance with applicable laws. 10 Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The information we collect and transmit in the Game is encrypted using HTTPS.
