Welcome to Idle Networks (“Game”) operated by Faelight Games Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Game. By using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. General Use

The Game is provided for entertainment purposes. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game in accordance with these Terms.

2. Age Restrictions

The Game is not targeted at children under the age of 18. However, users under the age of 18 may use the Game with parental or guardian consent.

3. In-App Purchases (IAPs) and Refunds

a. Consumable Purchases

The Game may offer consumable in-app purchases, such as in-game currencies or items. All consumable purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a technical issue prevents the user from accessing the purchased item. If such an issue occurs, you may contact our support team at support@faelight.games to request a resolution. Refunds will not be provided if the user resets game data or uninstalls the Game.

b. Non-Consumable Purchases

The Game offers non-consumable purchases, such as the “Remove Ads” feature. Refunds for non-consumable purchases may be granted under the following conditions:

• Refund Period: You can request a refund for non-consumable purchases within 14 days of the purchase date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

• Conditions for Refund: Refunds will not be provided if the user resets game data or uninstalls the Game. Refunds may only be granted if there is a technical issue that prevents access to the purchased content.

c. Subscriptions

The Game may offer subscriptions for premium content or features. Subscription refunds are available if requested within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase. Recurring charges after this period are non-refundable.

d. No Refunds for Reset Game Data

If a user resets their game data, any Consumable purchases associated with the reset data will not be eligible for refunds.

e. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify the prices of in-app purchases, including consumable, non-consumable and subscription products, at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will apply to future purchases and will not affect items already purchased.

The Game may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience, and we do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Game will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
